Raymond Lorenzo Hayes, aged 58, tragically passed away on August 26, 2021, in Norfolk, Virginia. Hayes, who was affectionately known as "Rock," was born on June 14, 1963, and attended Norfolk Public Schools. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred around 11 p.m. on the night of August 26th.
