In the quiet neighborhood of Ocean View in Norfolk, Virginia, a tragic event unfolded on the night of May 21, 2019, leading to the death of 51-year-old Brian Peden Austin. Austin, a male resident of the area, was discovered in the 200 block of West Balview Avenue around 11:15 p.m., suffering from gunshot wounds.
