On a Sunday evening in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 20-year-old Larry Williams, a Black male, was cut short by gunfire on March 11, 2012. The shooting occurred in the 800 block of B Avenue in the Diggs Town neighborhood. Responding to a call about a gunshot victim, police found Williams injured. He was quickly transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries.
