Larry Williams Jr., a 20-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 11, 2012. He was found with gunshot wounds in the 500 block of Walker Avenue. Despite being rushed to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. His death marked the 15th homicide in Norfolk for that year and was part of a disturbing trend of gun violence in the city.
