On a Friday evening in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 29-year-old White male Ernesto W. Crespo was tragically cut short. Shortly before 7:00 p.m. on October 12, 2018, dispatchers received several calls reporting the sound of gunshots in the 100 block of W. Ocean Avenue. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Crespo outside with fatal gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced him deceased at the location.
