Montario D. Johnson, Jr., 19, a male of Black/African American ethnicity, was shot late Monday morning, September 15, 2025, in Norfolk's Villa Heights neighborhood. Officers were called just before noon to the intersection of East 28th Street and Gazel Street in the 700 block, where they found Montario D.
