Drosvin F. Escobar, a 30-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 14, 2021, in a shooting incident. The Norfolk Police Department responded to a report of a gunshot victim around noon in the 1300 block of Strand Street. Upon arrival, officers found Escobar suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
