In the Ocean View neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia, a burst of gunfire on a Wednesday afternoon, September 9, 2015, tragically ended the life of 19-year-old Coraun J. Poole. Poole, a Black male, was discovered with gunshot wounds in the Ashley Trace Apartment complex on East Leicester Avenue.
