On a Wednesday morning in Bismarck, North Dakota, the life of a 22-year-old Caucasian male, Michael Shane, was tragically cut short. The events of March 23, 2022, unfolded in the parking lot of the Hawken Street Apartment Complex, shattering the morning's calm with the sound of gunfire.
