Murdered

Caine Fischer, a 30-year-old Bismarck resident, was found dead in his girlfriend's home on November 16, 2015. Police were alerted to the situation when Fischer's girlfriend called 911 to report a man with a gun threatening her. She had woken up to find Fischer deceased and the suspect, later identified as 35-year-old Kirk Kwasniewski, still in her home.
