In the early hours of a cold November morning in Bismarck, North Dakota, the life of Caine Fischer, a 30-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On November 16, 2015, Fischer was found deceased in a residence in the 600 block of North 22nd Street. The grim discovery was made by a woman who awoke to find her ex-husband, Kirk Kwasniewski, in her home armed with a gun. It was then she found her boyfriend, Fischer, dead.
