On October 23, 2020, 47-year-old Robert Becker was fatally shot near Bismarck, North Dakota. The incident occurred around 8:47 p.m. in the 5800 block of Burnt Creek Loop, northwest of the city. Upon arrival, officers discovered Becker had died from multiple gunshot wounds.

The investigation led to the arrest of 28-year-old Diego Ashton, an acquaintance of Becker. Ashton informed authorities that he suffered from mental health issues and that Becker had consistently teased him about the ...Read More
