Tevin Brown, a 19-year-old from Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on the night of January 14, 2014. The incident occurred in the 9600 block of 8th Bay Street. According to reports, Norfolk Police received calls about the shooting around 9:22 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Tevin Brown with gunshot wounds.
