Travious M. Keeling, a 17-year-old from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2014. He was shot inside an upstairs apartment in a duplex located in the 400 block of Middlesex Street around 11:30 PM. The incident left the community in shock, as the duplex was riddled with bullet holes, and neighbors expressed their fear and sorrow over the violent event.
