On a summer evening in Norfolk, Virginia, a verbal dispute tragically escalated, leading to the death of 47-year-old Glenn Bryant Kreps. The incident occurred on July 18, 2021, while Kreps, a Black / African American male, was at a friend's apartment in the West Ocean View area. An encounter with a 14-year-old boy, with whom there had been a prior incident, quickly turned fatal.
