Glenn Bryant Kreps, aged 47, tragically lost his life on July 18, 2021, in Norfolk, Virginia. On that fateful day, Kreps was visiting friends at an apartment building on A View Avenue in the West Ocean View area. During his visit, he noticed a 14-year-old boy walking down the avenue.
