Sivad Morgan

On the evening of November 20, 2014, in Norfolk, Virginia, a young Black man named Sivad I. Morgan, aged 22, was found with a fatal gunshot wound. The discovery was made in the 800 block of A Avenue at approximately 8:00 p.m. Emergency services and police arrived at the scene, but tragically, Morgan was pronounced dead.
