Sivad I. Morgan, a 22-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2014. Morgan was found with a gunshot wound in the 800 block of A Avenue around 8 p.m. on that fateful evening. Despite the prompt arrival of police and emergency services, Morgan was pronounced dead at the scene.
