Pedro Cain, a 24-year-old man, was fatally shot inside his Norfolk, Virginia, home in the 9000 block of 1st View Street on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. His death was the city's 14th homicide of the year. Described by his mother, Maria Rosado, as a 'very good son and father,' Cain was known for being outgoing and talkative. His family noted that he was embracing fatherhood and had a new outlook on life due to his one-year-old son.
