In the late hours of a Friday night in Norfolk, Virginia, tragedy befell Leonco S. Lamb, a 31-year-old Black man. On March 18, 2022, at approximately 11:30 p.m., police were dispatched to the 2700 block of Myrtle Avenue following a report of a shooting.
