Donte Jordan Henry-Davison, a 20-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2013. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Seay Avenue, where police responded to a call of shots fired at approximately 3:45 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Henry-Davison suffering from gunshot wounds outside an apartment complex. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
