Tracy Eugene Bellamy Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 2, 2021. The incident occurred during a heated altercation at the home of his estranged wife. Bellamy had arrived unannounced and armed, demanding to take his two-year-old child.
