In the early hours of May 3, 2015, a party in the 7000 block of Mamie Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia, turned tragic. Gunshots erupted, causing chaos and sending a large crowd of partygoers fleeing into the night. When first responders arrived at the scene shortly after 4:00 a.m., they discovered two victims who had been struck by gunfire.
