Wykemma Leonka Baker, a 40-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, tragically passed away on January 5, 2020, following a drive-by shooting incident on January 3, 2020. The incident occurred on Interstate 64 in Norfolk, Virginia, between Norview Avenue and Military Highway. Baker was a front-seat passenger in a black Lexus sedan when he was shot in the head. Despite being flown to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment, he succumbed to his injuries two days later.
