In the early morning hours of June 16, 2024, a dispute between siblings in a Norfolk, Virginia, parking lot culminated in the shooting death of 24-year-old Kimaun T. Ewell. The male victim, from Richmond, was with his sister and three other people, having spent a night out in the Norfolk area.
