On the evening of February 26, 2025, a dispute turned deadly in a parking lot on the campus of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, claiming the lives of two young men. Eighteen-year-old Delanio Maurice Vick Jr., an African American male, was fatally shot near the Broderick Dining Commons. Also killed in the incident was 20-year-old Timothy G.
