On the evening of February 26, 2025, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace on the campus of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, leaving two young men dead. One of the victims was Timothy G. Williams II, a 20-year-old Black/African American male from Norfolk. The shooting, which also claimed the life of 18-year-old Delanio Vick, unfolded around 9:40 p.m. in a parking lot near the Broderick Dining Commons.
