Darelle J. Williams, a 21-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2011. He was found with gunshot wounds in the 800 block of A Avenue in the Huntersville neighborhood of Norfolk. Despite efforts to save him, Williams was pronounced dead at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
