In the Huntersville neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia, on a Tuesday, the 15th of November in 2011, the life of 21-year-old Darelle J. Williams was cut short. That day, Williams was discovered in the 800 block of A Avenue, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, the young man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
