Marcel Collins Russell, aged 42, was found dead on June 26, 2012, in Norfolk, Virginia. His death was the result of a shooting incident that also claimed the life of Christopher Alexander, aged 46. Both men were discovered in the 500 block of Sycamore Street. The circumstances surrounding their deaths led detectives to believe that the killings might have been drug-related.
