In the early morning hours of November 6, 2022, a shooting in the 3500 block of North Military Highway in Norfolk, Virginia, claimed the life of 24-year-old Rashaan A. Brickhouse of Chesapeake. Police responded to a report of a gunshot victim around 2:00 a.m. and found Brickhouse suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
