Robert Hines Jr., a 43-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 30, 2013. The incident occurred late Sunday night in the driveway of a residence on 19th Bay Street in Norfolk. According to reports, neighbors heard a single gunshot around 10:30 p.m. and immediately contacted the police. Upon arrival, officers found Hines lying outside, having sustained a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
