On a Friday evening in Norfolk, Virginia, tragedy struck in the 900 block of Trice Terrace. It was there that 44-year-old Hardley R. Henry, a male resident of Norfolk, was found suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. The call came in to police at approximately 8:40 p.m. on October 12, 2018, reporting a man possibly injured by gunfire.

Upon their arrival, officers discovered Henry gravely wounded. Medics quickly transported him to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, but his injuries ...
