In the spring of 2012, a quiet street in Norfolk, Virginia, became the scene of a tragedy that would leave a family grappling with unanswered questions for years to come. Inside a residence in the 2100 block of Ballentine Boulevard, 46-year-old Gregory Fox was found dead on April 6th. He was not alone; another man, 39-year-old Carl Otto Stallings Jr., was also discovered deceased at the location. Both men had been fatally shot.
