Qui Jin Fang, a 43-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on September 22, 2013, in Alhambra, California. The incident occurred in the 300 block of North Monterey Street, where Fang was found with gunshot wounds to his upper body in a parked vehicle inside a garage. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and saw an Asian man leaving the area in a white Mercedes-Benz.
