Leopoldo Duke Anaya, a 19-year-old from Alhambra, California, was tragically shot and killed on October 29, 2011. The incident occurred near Winchester and Concord avenues in Alhambra. According to reports, just after midnight, officers responded to calls of shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, they found shell casings but no immediate victims.
