Keshawn Alexander, a 19-year-old high school student from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on the evening of February 6, 2018. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of Olinger Street, where Norfolk Police responded to reports of a shooting around 8:10 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Alexander suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
