In the quiet evening of February 6, 2018, the life of 19-year-old Keshawn Alexander, a male student from Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Around 8:10 p.m., police responded to a call on Olinger Street regarding a possible gunshot victim. Upon their arrival, they discovered Alexander suffering from a significant gunshot wound.
