Jeffrey Joseph Stallings, aged 33, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2016, in Norfolk, Virginia. Stallings was found with life-threatening gunshot wounds alongside 20-year-old Casey Kayser on Ashby Street. Both victims were transported to the hospital, where Stallings was pronounced dead upon arrival, and Kayser succumbed to her injuries two days later.
The investigation into their deaths led to the arrest of Kamron 'Kam' Sellers and Quedell Higgs. Sellers was charged with two counts
