In the spring of 2016, a tragic event unfolded in Norfolk, Virginia, resulting in the death of 33-year-old Jeffrey Stallings. On the evening of April 18th, Stallings and a companion, 20-year-old Casey Kayser, were discovered inside a vehicle on Ashby Street, both having sustained gunshot wounds. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, and Stallings was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
