Kameron Collier, a 19-year-old from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2011. The incident that led to his death was a shooting, which resulted in a prolonged investigation and legal proceedings. Montrell D'Angelo Davis, who was 26 years old at the time of his sentencing, was identified as the primary suspect in the case.
