In the late summer of 2011, the life of 19-year-old Kameron Collier was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. On August 25, an argument escalated to violence in the 1500 block of Aspin Street, resulting in Collier being shot. He succumbed to his injuries six days later, leaving a community in mourning and a perpetrator at large. The young male's death prompted a lengthy investigation as Norfolk police began the search for the individual responsible for the fatal shooting.
