Don Demetrius Brown Jr., a 17-year-old from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when police were called to the 400 block of North Military Highway. Upon arrival, they found two individuals with gunshot wounds, one of whom was Don Demetrius Brown Jr. He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
