In the afternoon hours of February 27, 2011, a burst of violence cut short the life of 19-year-old Henrico Lamonte White in Norfolk, Virginia. The young male was near the intersection of Berkley Avenue and Appomattox Street when he was shot. First responders found him around 3:30 p.m. and rushed him to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
