Henrico Lamonte White, a 19-year-old from Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot on February 27, 2011. The incident occurred near the intersection of Berkley Avenue and Appomattox Street. White was found by officers around 3:30 p.m. and was subsequently transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries hours later.
