In the early morning hours of May 2, 2018, the quiet neighborhood of Capitol Heights, Maryland, was irrevocably shattered by a shocking act of violence. Wilhelmina Leake, a 62-year-old female federal worker who was nearing her retirement, was found tragically shot to death inside her home on Omaha Street.
