In the late afternoon of August 18, 2022, a residence in the 7400 block of Fenner Street in Norfolk, Virginia, became the scene of a tragic burst of violence. When police responded to reports of a shooting at around 4:30 p.m., they discovered five people inside who had been struck by gunfire. Among them was 43-year-old Quinton O. Sessoms, a male who was pronounced dead at the scene.
