In the early hours of December 13, 2021, a burst of violence at a Norfolk, Virginia hotel tragically cut short the life of 23-year-old Tremont M. Webb. A Black male, Webb was discovered by Norfolk police officers responding to a report of a gunshot victim at the Days Inn on Chambers Street around 1:20 a.m. He was suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
