In a tragic turn of events on a Tuesday evening, a domestic dispute ended in a Norfolk, Virginia, man losing his life. Frankie D. Bland, a 24-year-old male, was shot on January 18, 2022. The incident unfolded inside a residence on Remsen Street.
Police responded to a call about a gunshot victim at approximately 10:20 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Bland with a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for medical attention but ultimately succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
