In the spring of 2012, the life of Carl Otto Stallings Jr., a 39-year-old man from Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically cut short. On April 6th, he was found inside a residence in the 2100 block of Ballentine Boulevard, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound. His death was part of a double homicide, as another man, Gregory Fox, was also discovered deceased at the scene from similar injuries.
