Carl Otto Stallings Jr., aged 39, tragically passed away on April 6, 2012, in Norfolk, Virginia. Born on March 2, 1973, in Norfolk, he was the son of Carl Stallings Sr. and Rita J. Davis. Carl was employed by the Dominion Candy Factory and had pursued his education at Lake Taylor High School, Tidewater Community College, and Tidewater Tech. He was survived by his wife Sharmaine Stallings, his son Anthony Ebarb, his parents, siblings, and numerous other relatives and friends.
