Dekar Kareen Jones, a 32-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically passed away on June 18, 2011. Dekar was born on November 3, 1978, in Norfolk and was a beloved member of his community. He was survived by his parents, Danny Jones and Joyce A. Owens, his wife, Nakia Leshelle Jones, and his children, among other relatives and friends.
