Jarrod E. Lamb, aged 33, tragically passed away on July 26, 2015, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred early in the morning, just before 4 a.m., in the 400 block of Chapel Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Lamb suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
