Stanley Cornell Reaves, a 33-year-old police officer with the Norfolk Police Department, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2005. Officer Reaves was on duty when he was flagged down by a citizen near the intersection of West 27th Street and DeBree Avenue in Norfolk, Virginia.
