In the late evening hours of a Tuesday in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 39-year-old Kenny A. Williams was tragically cut short by gunfire. On August 27, 2019, events unfolded that left two men dead in what police believe to be related incidents. The initial call to emergency dispatchers came in around 9:45 p.m., reporting a shooting.
