Jarell D. Hairston, a 26-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 8, 2020. Hairston was found shot to death in the early hours of the morning at a Shell gas station located on Saint Paul’s Boulevard. The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. when dispatchers received a call reporting a gunshot disturbance in the area. Upon arrival, officers discovered Hairston suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
