Inside the garage of a home on Ledgestone Place, the air was filled with the casual sounds of conversation, drinking, smoking, and a game of cards. Among those present was 29-year-old Timothy Leroy Coats, a Black male known for his entrepreneurial drive and artistic talents. The date was February 27, 2023, a day that would end in senseless violence and the loss of a life.
