In the early morning hours of February 5, 2021, the life of 34-year-old Raymond Antonio Swift was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Police responded to a call about an unresponsive man around 2:40 a.m. and discovered Swift in the 700 block of E. Little Creek Road, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
