In the winter of 2016, the life of 17-year-old Keyshawn Rodriguez was tragically cut short on a Wednesday night in Norfolk, Virginia. On December 14th, just before 10:00 p.m., police responded to a call about a possible gunshot victim in the 9500 block of 7th Bay Street in the Ocean View neighborhood. Upon their arrival, officers discovered the young male suffering from what appeared to be a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
