Darryl Lavond Williams Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 10, 2019. He was shot and killed late that night at the Lexington Park apartment complex located in the 800 block of East Princess Anne Road. Officers responded to the scene at approximately 11:50 p.m. and found Williams with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
