In the late hours of an autumn evening in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Darryl L. Williams Jr. was tragically cut short. On October 10, 2019, Norfolk police responded to a call around 11:50 p.m. in the 800 block of East Princess Anne Road, near the Lexington Park Apartments. There, they discovered Williams suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
